• Creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns which will consists of primarily email marketing campaigns and paid digital campaigns on channels such as Google, Social media etc.
  • Day-to-day email marketing activities
  • Assist Marketing Head in creating drip campaign plan and strategy based on customer segmentation & journey.
  • Own the database management which includes data quality maintenance, segmentation, opt-out management, hard bounce management, and related unsubscribe processes
  • Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, CRM & automation tool set-up, and other aspects of email execution, as required
  • Responsible for email marketing reporting and analysis to provide recommendations for marketing optimizations to enhance performance of marketing emails
  • Ensure all messages conform to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other legal or compliance requirements
  • Stays abreast of and recommends email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends


  • Work experience of at least 2 years (work experience in English speaking environment or team is preferred)
  • Experience with:
    CRM (Creatio/BPM Online),
    Marketing Automation tools (like mailchimp, marketo etc),
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
    Keyword research tools like SEMRush, WordPress
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in English at the Advanced level
